On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order.  We will notify you by email or by phone if we determine that we need to ship your order at a later date.

Standard Shipping:  Our standard shipping method is ground shipping.  You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them.

Returns

All returns must first be authorized by SolarX.  Customers will receive an RMA#.  This number must be clearly displayed either on the outside of the box or on the packing list.

Upon arrival at the SolarX warehouse all returned items are inspected.  You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned within 30 days of delivery we will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge, any return shipping fees incurred by SolarX Eyewear, and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to SolarX Eyewear.  This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company.

Damaged On Arrival

Please note that all shipping and packaging material must be kept on hand in the case of merchandise that arrives damaged upon arrival.  The shippers require inspection of all shipping materials before any credits can be issued.
